Certainly some writings from antiquity can be traced to actual people. Ever heard of Aristotle? What about Pythagoras? And even if Pythagoras wasn't real, the equations attributed to him are. It's a nice equivocation fallacy to extend our skepticism about an completely unsourced book to others who have demonstrable proof of their existence.
Now, you believe that this Paul chap, whoever that is, existed and, further, that he knew of this Jesus chap and that this Jesus was divine in some shape or form? Yes?
If so, enjoy trying to prove that claim to us :-)
