Your original question was if it's ok for her to have an abortion without letting him know. So I took that to mean without his permission. So my reply is that no I don't think a man gets to say whether or not a woman is allowed to have an abortion. Obviously I didn't mean dictate as in dictating a country, but as in having control over something.
If I misunderstood you, then you're going to have to be clearer than that, because I'm not sure where I did.
