We don't know that Jesus wasn't married for sure.

even so one does not have to be married to experience sexual urges and desire. We know Christ was well aware of these desires because of what He said in Mat 5 (if you look at a woman lustfully your guilty of commiting adultry.) This awareness of lust means He was tempted by it at some point.

And yet so many christians rush to tell me that Jesus was sinless...

Also, incidentally, an unmarried man can't commit adultery, by definition. Just saying.
