The claim you're making is that Bible was purely the work of man as God does no exist or there is no good reason believe that God exists. What do you base this claim upon? What you feel inside yourself to be true? At least in the context of faith what you feel inside yourself to be true can be based on the Holy Spirit while for an atheist it will literally just be your own mind for certain.

There are other reasons to believe in God or higher power in general hence the universality of belief but if you want to start with the claim of the Abrahamic/Christian God specifically then that's the special revelation in question. Through this revelation you can come to understand various specifics regarding God and his creation that would otherwise be unavailable to human reason alone.

I have a book that claims God doesn't exist but the gods of Norse mythology do so obviously you can't just read a book then believe it's true you have to use your rational mind and common sense as well.
