RE: Is there any core feature of christianity not found in other religions

My turn! My turn!
1. Worships a guy who, from birth to death was a member of another religion.
2. Worships a guy who, according to their own religious texts regarded them as dogs - not worthy of him.
3. Hacks up the holy books of another religion and then ignores half the rules arbitrarily.
4. Lifts a passage from that other religion and names it the most important of the commandments. A passage known as the Shema which starts "Hear oh Israel...." and ignore the fact that they are not "Israel."
5. Worships a virgin who, according to their own holy books had several children, named (and a few unnamed) only one of whom was supposedly God's. Bases the tale of virginity on a dream.
6. Attempts, and fails, to blend together 4 accounts of their God's life but ignores the differences and talks about Gospel Truths.
7. Tells its followers that they are worthless but that God built an entire universe for them. Totally schizophrenic approach.
8. Good deeds hold no value - only salvation through the son of god who is god but isn't.
9. Believes they and the Son are in cahoots to fool God the omniscient into believing they are sin free for entry into heaven.
Oh that'll do.
As I once read Christianity had new things and good things but no new, good things.
