I'm glad to hear that you will be an active member of our forum for a very long time, provided you break your fast before things get out of hand. I trust you're not pulling a 'convert or I'll kill myself' stunt here, right?
Imagine the same post, only from a Muslim, and that should help you calculate the odds of your success.
It speaks well of your ability to empathize that you're concerned about us getting tortured. I think the main reason Christianity and Islam have been so successful at converting nearly half the world's population is that both drill into their followers the horrible fate awaiting anyone who doesn't convert, producing a very highly motivated sales force. Your religion takes advantage of your humanity to compel you to induct more members. Whoever came up with this scheme was a genius at propaganda.

If it were up to me, you wouldn't be allowed to call yourself an atheist until you showed you could pass a basic test of logical literacy. We don't need to evangelize you. If you're a theist and a good thinker, we'll still want you around. If you're an atheist and a poor thinker, we won't. We respect the ability to reason clearly. Learn that and we won't care what you believe, because it's more instructive to know why an intelligent and thoughtful person believes it than why a sheep believes it.
