The only way I like a fried egg is on a hamburger. There is a place in Franklin, TN called Pucketts. They have Zagat rated burgers, and they put a fried egg on them. I'm telling you, there are very few things on Earth that are better...

lol Sounds different. I'll take your word for it. This morning, no eggs. Made banana wheat pancakes. An egg was used in the recipe, however.
**I've made frittatas before, sort of like a crustless quiche. I can cook *some* things, I guess.
If you are watching your carbs, this is a nice dish for breakfast or dinner, and makes great leftovers. This pic is just a random shot from the internet to show you that you can make them as 'mini' frittatas as well.
