The historical Jesus is a forgery of many gods before him. He is not the first to be born of a virgin, on dec 25, not the first to sacrifice himself for humans or rise from the dead. He simply follows the hero pattern, google "the hero pattern" and research the hero pattern gods you will realize very quickly Jesus is simply a retelling of older god stories. The only reason the Jesus story prevailed is because of the influence of the church on the Roman Empire and the violence the church used against "heretics"
I look at it very differently. Satan, who was cast down from heaven and an enemy of God, has been working hard to keep people from believing the one means for us to be saved, Christ. So he has orchestrated similar stories from pagan religions so when the real thing happened it could be discredited by such skeptics as yourself. Imitation is the greatest flattery. However, the real Savior did stand up.

Sorry - but there is NOT a single piece of evidence that is NOT hearsay - that proves that the christ was anything but a religious Myth
The claim that millions of lives were transformed -then you accept the Buddhism has done the same thing
The bible - which cannot be verified as to author - contains enough fairy tales - legends - and incorrect things to render is useless as a way to prove anything. HOWEVER _ since it is a religious document - and was created by the two religions - it is the CLAIM - not proof.
So your claim has been stated - support it with proof OUTSIDE Of the bible - which we do not accept as being real - nor do the majority of people in the world.
That book that you claim contains fairy tales has done a pretty good job of predicting future events hundreds and thousands of years before they happen. And more than likely, before your life is over, you will witness Revelation come to fulfillment.
