Ah Bushmills, the best of Irish Whiskeys. 10yo single malt or black bush?

I think it was the 10. I try to make it a rule to drink whatever the country I'm speaking in produces. It was nice but the Tomintoul I had as a nightcap in my room remains king.

That's unfair, that's a scotch!

p.s. the irish whiskey industry is really not in such a great shape, is it? Mostly big corporations buying up stuff like irish distillers, not much varietiy, at least none that makes it onto the continent. It's a pity.
