His siblings weren't beaten to death either - they survived the beatings. It's obvious there would have been evidence of abuse for at least 4 years, since that's when he died, and probably longer taking his siblings into account.
Oh I certianly agree with you, I myself am wondering we there was not reports of any of this. All I say is that children aid is not to blame for this, peole around this kid are, both for their failure to report anything and of course the behavior of his pig of mother and her boyfriend.
