Glad you got a laugh! I picture some 76 year old lady opening the envelope, seeing what I've sent back, and fainting! I also wonder what they do with the "rug". Obviously, they can't send it on to anyone else. But it seems "disrespectful" (from their perspective) to throw the thing in the trash.
