The other thing that seems fair and logical, if a woman is found guilty of adultery she gets stoned or something similar... nothing ever happens to the the man, don't they know it takes two??

Yeah, but as is so often with these religions, it's the woman who suffers while the man gets away with things.

Now, in this case I'm certainly not saying the man did anything wrong. Dammit, he married the woman he loved and they have a kid on the way, as so many have done.

But then, since the charge is apostasy, and he's a Christian, I guess he doesn't fall within the juristition of this law?
