The builder argument is pointless, it's a very human-like comparison (as if God could be compared in any way to a human being ). You cannot say this about the universe, because you don't know the definition of the universe, its components, how you create it (unlike a building). Moreover you have already experience a "non-building" (some place where there's no building, or that is not a building) that's why you know a building is created, but you can't say the same about the universe, you have no idea of a "non-universe" thing.

Lots of other animals have bacterias and parasites, if you follow this argument you should not eat any kind of food because bacterias are everywhere.
I need to remind you by the way that those things are killed when you properly cook the meat (high temperatures kill bacterias, that's why people used to have a flame to sterilize their tools during surgery). This way there's no problem with eating pork: I eat pork on a regular basis and I've never had any of those parasites.
