This, I believe is going to herald a new era. People are sick of the mainstream "centre-X" parties that have screwed up, and instead are voting in favor of nationalism, anti-globalism, social conservatism, traditionalism and anti-immigration policies.
Of course, the left has ignored all of these until recently, and laid back, using the media and false intelligentsia to viciously attack any surfacing nationalist movements as neo-fascists, as to create antipathy for the far-right.
But it does not work anymore. The left is unresponsive to the problems that are experienced in European countries today, such as the ageing population, the dissolution of traditional values, destruction of native culture, the fracturing of society into marginal groups, and the growing reaction towards immigration.
EU-skepticism will define European politics from now on.
