1. I think it is a change of leadership, in every religion etc.
2. Then many countries will go bankrupt and becoming so weak, and they have no money to build military equipments etc.
3. Then there will be war, and change of civilization. Not even one civilization that can last forever, it always changes. That's normal, especially for every 700 years. One goes down, the other goes up.
It is just my opinion.
