Well no, Wisdom does not contain a theory of how evolution happened other than it happened the way someone might change the key in a melody. The theory of natural selection is not there. What it does acknowledge is change in animals. That's better than some creationism, but not much. And it does imply a harpest (god) making the changes without allow for natural change.
Wisdom, btw, is not canonical and not generally accepted by most Christians. And it does conflict with Genesis.
If there is a god, I want to believe that there is a god. If there is not a god, I want to believe that there is no god.
