Actually.... if you go to the same place where you go to get the piece of paper that lets you have a free abortion, you can get free condoms...
But it seems people aren't really aware of that.
Abortions here are only made in specialized clinics, there is one in each major industrial city, mainly because most hospital doctors are not fine with practicing abortion
