Okay, time to get something straight between us. I've never actually diddled my own pussy (for obvious reasons). But I believe I can talk you through this. Just relax. Get a grip.
One thing to keep in mind is we're not running a race here. You've basically got two jobs: build appetite and satisfy it .. in that order. You've got to get it feeling good but then throttle back. Find the most satisfying stroke possible but put it on a steady, teasy pace. You should be able to hear that train coming for a while before you do. There should be a sense of inevitability and eagerness. But don't make it too easy on yourself. Remember who is boss.
