I was wondering how far you're willing to go to keep women from having abortions. When you make something illegal, ultimately, someone can go to jail for doing it. If the crime is pre-meditated murder, which many pro-lifers claim to view abortion as, the sentence would reasonably be twenty-to-life. Would you want a woman put away for twenty years for getting, or attempting to get, an abortion?
It really depends on how far into the term that woman is....if it is an early-term abortion, then even though I disagree with it, my anti-censorship nature could get in the way. I would prosecute for late-term abortions such as the case when a doctor in America butchered babies after they had been born, but that was a very extreme and disgusting outlier.
