Is the Odyssey evidence of the existence of Zeus and Helios? It is 100% equal to the Bible in terms of external proof of its veracity. Do the Vedas prove the existence of Brahma and Vishnu? Not only are these works just as verifiable as the Bible, the Vedas predate the Pentateuch by many centuries. The reason you don't think the Qu'ran is good enough is because you weren't raised in Islamic culture.
It's not good enough evidence for us because it's not evidence of anything, except that someone wrote shit down and said it happened. You were raised in a culture that largely believes it's true and that's why you do. It is also a culture that is antagonistic towards anyone who doesn't. That leads to crippling cognitive bias and leads you to actually say ridiculous shit like:
