Controversial scientist?
Why is he controversial?
I am lining up to get tests done to see if I carry any genetic markers that might indicate that any children I have will be susceptible to the same disease my brother died of (lennox gastaut syndrome). If I do I'd probably consider not having children. Not a nice disease to have, not nice at all. Constant pain, a short and miserable life. Wouldn't want to bestow that on anybody.
EDIT: see you already mentioned the controversial bit. Can only assume it's because he's written a couple of books on religion? I dunno.
EDIT II: The picture of Dawkins on that article made me lol. Why the Plymouth Herald?
