Time required to get Comcast to discontinue my service: 50 minutes, two phone calls, and two transfers.

Time required to stop my trash and recycling pickup: 3 minutes.

Time required to start billing on my new electric service: about 30 seconds online.




Comcast, this is one of countless reasons why you suck. It isn't your customer service employees, they've been pleasant to deal with. It's your bendoveristic corporate policies that don't let your CSRs help your customers in ways that are helpful to them.
