golly, here i thought one would actually look up a defination or two that he maybe fuzzy on, before making a foolishly blind statement like that.
Allow me to look up some words for you.
em·is·sar·y
/ˈeməˌserē/
noun
noun: emissary; plural noun: emissaries
a person sent on a special mission, usually as a diplomatic representative.
I would say everything Woot listed would be considered a special seeing how these are not everyday interventions.
I notice you missed emphasizing part of that definition, so I thought I'd give you a hand. Emissaries aren't soldiers, bodyguards, or laborers, which were the examples Chad used.
The next time you so graciously look up a word for us, do everyone involved a favor and read the entire definition.
