Gay rights within the template of religion proves flaws in "religion"

Leviticus states that the appropriate punishment for two men having sex, is death. You're saying that punishment would be immoral. So, are you conceding that certain ideas in the Bible are immoral? Because there certainly isn't a passage saying NOT to kill two men who have gay sex, and there most certainly is one saying you SHOULD do it.

So the laws of the old testament don't apply? You literally said earlier that it's the father's choice to force his daughter to marry her rapist, and that would be a morally fine situation, based on the laws of the old testament.
