Why do people hate school shooters?

I just don't see what kind of ethics are behind acting so sanctimonious like you're so much better than a school shooter.

As you get older you'll see that people generally think very highly of themselves and their holiness.

Uhh...at the risk of sounding self-righteous, I think I'm more moral than someone who shoots a school full of kids.
