-and I've explained my opinion of what's been released. The cop got the kid gloves. It was, effectively, a trial for witnesses and evidence that -would- at least give cause to take the matter to court. It's very, very clear that the state wanted to avoid this. I don't know how many times I'm going to have to say this, I don't think he would have been found guilty of anything..but the mans innocence or guilt is not what a grand jury is convened to decide - and the state certainly didn't act in a very consistent manner on this. Understand?
