Unless there are witnesses that -do not- corroborate your story..and in this case, there were. I'd say that -part- of the reason it -only- went to grand jury is that he's black...and the other part I've already mentioned. The state closed ranks (in a mystifying display of out-of-character behavior..were it not for the shield on the mans chest) after having already come under fire. Imagine that you shot a cop. Reverse those roles. How does that play out in your head?
