40 years in a desert? The Sahara is 5000km long and at 5 clicks a day, it would only take three years.
Maybe some were fiction and possibly some stories were not. Still, the point was that the babble-book is probably littered with facts, but that would not in and of itself prove any of the stories are real.
Simply look at what I said in my previous posts about scientific methods and how to apply them to the bible in this very thread. And you also left out the second part of what I said in my previous post, which was yet another attempt at explaining the difference.
