You know what would drive these folks batshit? Get a couple of friends in on the gag. Dress up in dark suits and Ray-Bans. Make sure you're wearing earbuds with your phone. Have one friend take pictures, have another taking notes in a notepad, and you keep a constant lookout, with hand theatrically at one ear while giving a running description of the events.
Have a fourth friend videoing the whole thing from a distance. Post on Youtube, sit back, and lulz.
