How do christians view apostasy

I have a brother that's an atheist, a cousin that's indifferent and her brother I'm not sure, don't see him once every ten years. The rest of my family are Christians and most live like they are. From my mom right through to several great nieces and nephews, I'm quite proud of my family.
My feeling about those who fall away, well here I am at a site full of those who have. I hope and I do pray that each one here will return or come to faith in Christ, I do realize that not everyone will and maybe no one will but, it doesn't keep me from witnessing what I know is the reality of the matter. I know a few here think I'm trying to push my beliefs on others, however if one reads my post I think they will realize I know that God does the work of conviction and salvation and I no amount of pressing will make a difference. Some here think I'm condemning people to hell, not so, I respond to the things about hell ie., the reasons people go to hell from scripture, what I believe hell is, but no one here can say I've directly said they will be in hell. I have said that some here would wind up there if they do not change, according to scripture, not according to me.

Why should i have blind faith i mean look at what people do when they have it. Christians with blind faith spread their belief by the sword and shield those who did not conform died. i mean blind faith look at what people do with it slavery and all the horrible things in the world and the things people do they do such things then ask for forgiveness. not to mention god forgives and forgives and forgives but he his forgiveness is exploitable.

You know I've gotten where I do not read your post and it's been a blessing, however I did read this one and I still find you the most misguided person I've meet here. You are living in blind faith every day, you live in the blindness of your own heart and having faith there is no God.
There is no blind faith in Christianity, Christians know there's a God because we live in a relationship with Him. You might try leaving the past where it is, Christians have, we know the wrong that was done in the past and we see the wrong done now, we unfortunately can't control everyone, so they do things against God's will. We live in the knowledge of knowing God and that's a sight better than unbelievers living in blind faith there is no God.
