As a result your strong faith collapsed and died, because God would not support the broken image you were worshiping. Giving you the oppertunity to rebuild on the Rock outlined in the bible rather than the sand of empty religious doctrine.

I looked through the passages that you copied and pasted. They say nothing about god being an enemy to everyone who doesn't believe in him.
