I see you laugh a lot... that's good... that's healthy.
Now, onto the meat of the matter...
You claim the Universe is sentient. And this sentient Universe is what was originally intended to be god, but the message was conveyed in such a skewed, metaphorical way that this meaning became lost, even for those who believe in a god.
I see you quote the christian bible a lot... does the same apply for other so-called holy books?
The hindu religion(s) has(have) a pantheon of gods... how does that fit with the "god is the sentient universe" notion of yours?
Same for ancient Sumerian... the one that was the actual birthplace of the Yahweh myth... How does that work?
Also, do you have any evidence of that universal sentience?
Good grief you guys READ what I wrote...
I am saying the DEFINITION of God is NOT OURS TO MAKE. IT IS THE AUTHORS
by asking me if the Universe is sentient you are indicating you do not understand what i am saying.
I am saying the WORD GOD is the ANTHROPOMORPHIZING of the UNIVERSE as defined by the AUTHORS of RELIGIOUS TEXTS.
I BELIEVE the Universe is alive yes. I can see life popping out all over the place to me it is ridiculous to assert otherwise.
Can you prove it is dead? lol
What you have brought up is the ONLY valid argument on the God topic.
Is he ALIVE or NOT?
Because we all know what EVERYTHING means.
Now see it ALL (even whatever may or may not have created it) as ONE and ALIVE and be GRATEFUL FOR IT and you WILL see the LORD thy GOD before you. And laugh harder than you ever have in your life.
HAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHA!
Why should I redefine "Universe" to the word "god" and then attach all the baggage that the word "god" has accrued throughout the ages to the Universe?
I give you an 8 for not being like most other theists.
A 2 for writing style.
A 3 for how the message is understood by others.
