"Fetishist"? Do you mean "masochist"?
No, I don't think they're masochists. I do, however, think it's very revealing when they compare themselves to the object of their worship.

You say potatoe I say potatoe.
"Existence itself is not a thing at all" ROFLCOPTERSINLMAOLAND!
then I guess what you typed is not a thing either since existence is not a thing then how could anyTHING exist?
Seriously I have never seen anyone so close to getting it before. That statement is GOLD.
if existence is not a thing at all to you then I have a great idea. Since you are not using it for anything else try assigning the word God to it and re read the bible... it might actually make sense to you this time.
Words have meanings. If you meant "The Universe is god", then fucking type it. If you're saying that "existence is God", that's a different meaning.
If you have to redefine words in order to argue god's existence, then that too is unconvincing. Why should I respect any god hiding in your semantical forest?

Apparently you don't understand. I was a Baptist who read the thing, and then after losing faith I reread it. In both instances, I found it to be full of shit.
If "reread the Bible" is your best argument for your god's existence, you're shooting dud ammo.

I've considered it. I regard your take on god as word games from someone too afraid to set course under his own stars. I feel sorry for you.

I stand corrected. Allow me to rephrase: Is there some rule that requires raging twats who come here preaching to compare themselves to Christ?
There, that's better. Thanks for the help.

the truth is many 'Christians' do not understand the Bible either.
Rather than books, here's a novel idea: why don't you use evidence?
That would merit my attention. Trying to logic god into existence using wordplay is the act of a child afraid to leave mommy's apron and face the world on its own terms. And yes, that too arouses my pity for you.
Grow up.
