Anyone ever spent time at a bible camp?

It wasn't called "Bible camp", but I did do several summer and winter retreats with my church youth group when I was in high school. These were ostensibly recreational, but also had several hours a day of worship / preaching. It actually was about what you'd expect from a church youth retreat - although I do recall one or two of the youth pastors being a little too creepily anti-homosexual.
