This quote by Epicurus more accurately covers the PoE:
"Is God willing to prevent evil but not able?
Then he is not omnipotent.
Is he able but not willing?
Then he is malevolent.
Is he both able and willing?
Then whence cometh evil?
Is he neither able not willing?
Then why call him God?"
And I would like to state that quoting the Quran is not viable, as anyone can write a book and call it holy. You cannot support your religious idea by quoting a book that founded your religion.
