That's funny. Yesterday, you had to adhere to "canonical" Christianity to be a True Christian. Now, all you have to do is be sincere in your belief, which was what we were saying all along.

The portion of the Sermon I keep hounding you about is very clearly implying that one's willingness to keep and live by the law is a metric by which proves how sincere one is about seeking atonement. That's Christ's way of saying "I want those who walk, not those who talk". He's not demanding total fulfillment, only that you try to the best of your abilities.
You don't try. You think you don't have to try. You talk about canon but ignore entirely what it commands you to do. That's why you're not going to heaven when you die.
