While there is no such thing as a utopia and humans are never one topic and we really have no choice but to get along, the problem with a holy person burning the candle at both ends is that they can claim all they want it brings peace, but if they are talking out of both sides of their mouths, it keeps that division.
I really see it no different that the NRA and gun makers selling their product to both the public and police. Keep the fear and division up, allows you to control the narrative.
In the west we know politicians do that, but it is gas on the fire when you add religion to it.
