They didn't just let her die. They saw the suffering she was going through with the chemo and the fact that she suffered a stroke. The doctors don't believe that the stroke was caused by the chemo, but how many 11-year olds have strokes? Based on the whole situation they decided to pursue alternative treatment. My brother-in-law's friend had bone cancer and was informed that there was nothing more the doctors could do and that he would eventually die of the cancer. He started searching around and began Chinese herbal therapy. The cancer went into remission and, the last I heard, which was years later, he was doing fine. You can finds all kinds of instances where people were cured by alternative medicine. You guys are really quick to rush to judgement and condemn the parents when you have no idea what they went through and what their considerations were, as well as what the girl went through.
