Challenge regarding Christian morality

My evaluation so far is that christian morality, even the parts which are in regard to supposedly good things like relationships, are actually very harmful. So not only is it full of evil, it's full of warped "good" too. My opinion of it is lower, if that's possible, than when I started the thread.

If anyone is basing what they do on whether or not "God approves" then they are making no consideration whatsoever about whether it is actually a positive effect on human wellbeing. To claim that you do consider this is to admit to filtering out "what God wants" when you find it objectionable. Which I'm very happy people do, but it shows that you're not even being consistent.

Consider, just for a minute, the implications of your way of thinking about what is "moral", if you are wrong and there is no God at all. Please just think about it very briefly. Sure, I could be wrong too, God could exist. And if one does exist, I stand by all my actions because I'm using the brain God gave me to try and be the best person I can be. If he's worth a damn, he will respect that.
