He thinks we are, or should be, nihilists because we only have little precious time in this world. What's the point of existence if it ends? Of course people like me give meaning to our own lives, and will live on through our deeds. Not everyone can be Bill Gates, and make ourselves rich while changing the world for the better, but we all make do.
