Man, it's almost as though people will hear what they want to hear in a situation like that. Which is, of course, impossible, since psychology is the work of the Devil.
ever heard a cop/first responder radio before? Their is a little beep everytime the mic is keyed to let everyone know someone is about to speak. It also lets the one keying up the mic that it is live. Plus the whole everyone sounds like darth vader would probably indicate that the voice heard was coming from a walkie.
It amazes me at the length you all will go and the logic your willing to forget to not have to accept the obvious answer.

could have kept the baby warm for 14 hours. That seems to be the case as the child was not treated for hyperthemia as were the rescuers...
plus the kid was up side down that whole time to no ill effect.. Im not a doctor but it's probably not a recommended way to store a small child for 14 hours.

What would be the point, anyway? The angel didn't help or even set the rescue in motion. He(no idea what gender angels are supposed to be) just cried for help? What good does that do?
Sound carries over water. The rescuers could have heard someone from farther away and assumed it was the woman. This must have been a highly stressful, emotional rescue for the people who were at the scene
Drich, I still would like to know how you jumped to a guardian angel and not a ghost or water spirit?

do you think she turned off the lights and radio after dying on impact? or maybe she turned everything off just before she ran off the bridge... Because that is the only way the battery could have had a sufficent charge to play a radio broadcast that only said "Help me."

In a wet cell lead acid this 95 min window is only good right side up. turn the battery up side down and you loose 1/3 to 2/3's of its capasity in a wet cell.

And I can only ask again. Why should this get any credit? I don't know how many babies die of preventable causes each and every day, so why should one single first world baby in it's comfy backseat of a car warrant Guardian Angel emergency service?
