I might even stick my neck out and put forward a prediction;
Based on the conditions of the Cryogenic Period the xenobiology of the Europa ecology will be unicellular and chemolithotrophic. This is due to the icy surface preventing photosynthesis resulting in an anoxic environment which in turn would prevent the production of collagen.
If multicellular life does exist it will be at tectonic sites of geothermal activity utilising a completely alien form of cellular adhesion.
