let's see, something happened based on probability and so god had to alter a day to day particular? 

can "it" predict the future? well, even I know you can in the short term most times.  I know I am going to die and pay my taxes.  At the moment of the big we were going to be here.   so yeah, it is a logical claim that if god were there he could logically change his mind.  As for humans? we can misunderstand the change and illogically say it was for punishment or only love.
