Do atheists fake egalitarianism?

Well I looked up the definition, and it appears there are two different meanings: (Wikipedia)

I was thinking of it in terms of the first definition, and it appears Dystopia is using the other one, maybe. I have no idea what the prevalent use is as it's not a word I've heard very much. I see it as just meaning removing prejudice as much as possible. But maybe I'm not understanding something.
