Surely it would have been noted by another civilisation on the earth at the time, I think anyone that witnessed that would see the importance in mentioning that. This was done in front of a group of polytheists who were rejecting Muhammad as a Prophet. Maybe the splitting of the moon happened for a brief moment and recombined again. That's why not too many people saw it happening. In the Quran, it says, "The hour is near and the moon is cleft asunder. But if they see a Sign, they turn away, and say, 'Oh, this is but a transient magic'" (Chapter 54, verses 1-2). Nevertheless, you're probably not going to believe this either.

How come there is no information of that what so ever and that no one has ever done anything simular. No, I don't believe in superstitious things. I don't believe in psychics, astrology, mind control, nor any of that stuff. I only believe in the miracles that were done by the Prophets.

Believers will say that these are true. And disbelievers will say that these are only fairy tales.

Why doesn't God show us miracles anymore? I don't know why, but if he did, then faith wouldn't be faith anymore. Or maybe He gave us advanced technology so that we could look far into the universe and inside our own bodies and thereby find clues of His existence (which is already almost everywhere).
