Why would it matter to them which restroom they use then? If they have a penis they can use the men's and, if not, they can use the women's. Seems pretty simple to me.
You are so blind. I think intentionally. When is the most common time we see harassment or even violence toward people in public restrooms? It's when a transgendered woman is forced to use the men's restroom because she has a penis that she never asked for and some ape like manly men get their panties in a bunch because they're scared of the girl with a penis. It's not simple at all. If all people were born with the body they belong in then it would be simple but that is not the case so it isn't simple.
I don't see why everyone can't use whatever restroom they feel comfortable in. If I walked into a men's restroom dressed in men's clothing, would you be afraid of me? Would you fear that I would somehow rob you of your innocence? Or would you just go about your own business and leave me to go about mine in peace?
