Thanks, but no thanks
I really don't understand your reasoning. How is it that reading them those stories would be in any way beneficial to my problem?
I shouldn't have to be sorry for my atheism.
thanks bozo
Those stories are true stories, they show examples of God interacting with me, which is how he wishes to interact with you. I believe you need to return to your roots. Which would solve the problem you are having with your parents.
Yeah I'm sure they are true stories, but they do not show examples of god interacting with anyone. They are examples of random chance.
Return to my roots? Is that a serious suggestion? Like Demonaura said in his video, belief is not a light switch I can turn on and off, and I shouldn't have to change what I believe to solve a problem I have with my parents.
You are making Christians look very bad with everything you say. Notice how everyone else posting on this thread are offering real support, which I REALLY appreciate, while you are telling me I need to be sorry for not believing, suggesting that I stopped believing just to "rub them the wrong way", and that I need to change in order for my parents to accept me.
I was upset at the things you've said in your previous posts, but this time you really pissed me off.
Your posts show me that you are blind, uneducated, ignorant, naive.
I'm usually not like this to anyone, but that crossed the line. You don't even know what you did, that's that saddest part.
