I agree on the name front. I called Sean Combs "Puff Daddy", then "P. Diddy" then just "Diddy". Caitlyn is a breeze compared to that nonsense.
I think the complexity is that it's not just the name and pronouns, some of these women want the full boat. Fallon Fox, for example, is an MMA fighter. That's when you really start to test how you feel about it all. Are you comfortable with a man transistioning to a woman, and then punching other women unconscious?
That's obviously a rare extreme example, but the point is that this isn't just about "identity".
