I used to smoke out regularly, but after I became a dad, it felt like a shitty thing to do, and almost as bad, I started noticing impairment in my memory, such that I was having trouble with remembering stuff even when I wasn't high, so I stopped smoking out ... think I've done it twice since 2004. I'm cool with it, if anyone else wants to get their smoke on I don't think the state should interfere so long as they're not driving, or working daycare, that sort of thing.
The only crime I ever committed high on weed was, I mugged my refrigerator.

Somehow I doubt marijuana is anything close to those numbers.
