Right. So maybe you should stop planting your confirmation bias here. I've brought up your concerns in a staff subforum; we will discuss it. You don't know how things work, so why don't you ask instead of assuming things?
I'm sorry. What's the problem here? A member posted a thread about movies in the Media subforum. What am I not paying attention to?
Do you really think you're going to garner positive attention from staff when you call us lazy? I'll have you know we work really hard to make this forum run as smoothly as possible and we're volunteers. We are staff because we care about the forum and we were selected for our fairness; nothing less.
No it's not *just* a suggestion. You have an idea which one staff member disagrees with, and then you spend three pages berating our practices here. *Just* a suggestion would be, "hey guys! I thought maybe we could benefit from this. What do you think?" Not, "this forum isn't run very well and everyone is ignoring me and it's my way or I'm leaving."

There's countless other similar cases, I presume. Just check the forums, I can't be bothered to provide you with everything out there. I just raised the issue, I hope someone will be paying attention to the problem, though.
